i CANT CHANGE SPEED OF RECORDING FROM SP TO LP TO EP/SLP. HOW DO I DO THIS?

0 The only way to do it is with the remote. Press the "video" button then use the Adjust up and down buttons to change speed. I see this post is from 2009... better late than never.
