When I turn on the unit it is just snow, then I press the device button on remote and the screen goes blue, then after a few minutes it turns off and green light blinks then I turn it on and it starts over. The volume and channel butoons work just not the device menu button. I have done the reset , unplug etc. no change.Any ideas or folks with similar problems
