Resetting the TV...

Power went out... how do you reset to turn tV back on? Hold Reset in? Power? Device.? combination of all?

4 I have a manuel but, no detail trouble shooting or reset instructions. I also have a blinking green light, started after I moved the tv.

3 The WS65909 has a boot up board and after time the Capicitors break down because this is under continues power. Replacement of these Cap's will repair the problems
