I turn television on, it goes to welcome blue screen....then really fast, the screen turns a light pink. No sound or picture. Mitsubishi electric 3D DPL home cinema television. Model #WD-73742; serial #101966. Purchased 05/26/2012. Please HELP!!!! Sandra
