In setting up a new digital cable box whenever I push the Device Menu Button the TV screen turns blue and after 30 seconds the TV turns itself off. I can use the digital box but it will not allow me to change devices so that I can get the HD channels. The cable company changed the box initially because they had a software upgrade problem. That is when this problem started. Help
