I have the mitsubishi vs60707 and the screen start...

I have the mitsubishi vs60707 and the screen started showing in widescreen. I need it to go to full screen. It is not a direct tv cable box problem as I have done everything in their directions to try to fix the problem. Can you tell me how to change this tv manually from widescreen to full screen?
