Mitsubishi VS-70707 TV. TV would not always turn ...

Mitsubishi VS-70707 TV. TV would not always turn on. Showed code 24. Replaced C411, C412 and IC451. Plugged in TV, LED blinked three times. Remote power button will not activate LED or relay. Power button on TV clicks relay and blinks LED, TV remains off. Shows code 24. What part needs to be replaced.
