power plug the part that plugs into your wall says on it caution Max7A 125V noise filter i'm confused about that one is it have a fuse built inside the plug how would you replace that fuse of that 7a 125V cause i am guessing the fuse blew on me cause my tv wont come on manufactored january 2002 all it does is when i plug it in the wall the light blinks 6 flashes but no picture so what u guess fuse is'nt it???
