A few months ago, the TV took about 5 minutes to warm up enough for the rolling lines to hold still and to get a clear picture. Over the last few months, tho, it now has progressed to taking over an hour for the picture to remain steady. Further, a section of multiple horizontal lines intermittently crops up somewhere on the screen, and frequently remains present at the very top of the screen. . Can you help me?
