Question About Mitsubishi Electronics TV Receiver CS-3515C
troubleshooting...

Problem with this t.v. is when u first turn it on the picture is very narrow (like widescreen movie setting) but as it warms up the picture widens back to normal size. But the top of the picture has a bunch of lines running from one side to the other and the picture bounces. Can someone tell me how TO fix this and how much it would cost
