Question About Mitsubishi Electronics TV Receiver CS-2655R
TV extension (not EXT1 or 2) is not bringing in any picture and keeps resetting to EXT1...

My mother's TV is not bringing in any picture. It was found this morning reset at EXT1, and turning it to TV extension brings only very loud snow. My mother is 84 years old, doesn't live with me, and I need to help her over the phone, but I can't find a manual online!
