This VCR will do I think everything but play a video? It will rewind or fast forward, By my ear hearing. We have Dish Network, so hooked it up the same way the old one did. the chanel 4 won't change, no matter which butten I put it on in the back. Now does this mean a person like Radio Shack. need to re program it. I certanly don't know.? If it doesn't work I olny paid $10.00 for it and the batteries even are good. It has a round butten on the front of it for I just slw rewind or fast forward. Thank You Emlee
