0 Hi, Under the fold down door on the vcr. There is a button called tuning on/off, you have to use a pen to push it in. Push once Then press tv/catv button (prog nbr). When done press tuning on/off again to lock in.

0 Hi, I forgot to mention, Once you are in cable mode there should be a little white square box to the right top of the orange channel number on the florescent display.
