I have a Norcent 19" flat screen hd tv. It powers ...

I have a Norcent 19" flat screen hd tv. It powers to a blue screen with various shapes and lines then goes to a black screen. when I press the menu button I can see the menu but its very light. But the TV powers back off. Can this be repaired or does it need to be replaced?
