I want to connect my laptop computer (which has HDMI output) to my Norcent 1720 TV). I bought a HDMI in, RBG out device and connected to the HDTV RBG input on the TV. When I tried it I got an INVALID MODE message. I also tried the COMPONENT input on the TV (which my DVD player is connected to and works) but it did not work. I also tried AVG1 and AVG2 but no success. Am I doing something wrong How can I connect my laptop to this TV
