my channels will often go out--loose acess to my channels and after a channel scan only a few come back. I do not know the model number but it is a 20 inch Norcent tv HD HDMI with a monitor jack. the remote control model number is RC00169P. please tell me my TV model number and how to solve my channel(station) problem. I 'm trying to find the TV's manual.
