Question About Norcent Technologies Flat Panel Television None
Picture comes on then goes to black screen...

When you turn on the tv it comes on to a blue screen showing channel # then goes to a black screen. It will let you change channels but you have to do it quickly before it goes to the black screen and there is still no change it is either the blue screen or the black screen.
