Question About Norcent Technologies Flat Panel Television LT-3222
Please help find the manual for this Norcent Tech LCD HDTV...

The problem is that when I turn on my TV theres no picture but theres sound. I'm not sure if the settings on the contrast is off but I can't tell because the screen is too dark. And I don't have a manual
