Norcent LT-2722 Remote batteries replaced, yet remote will not power on tv. No light up on remote when buttons pressed. Purchased universal remote, tv not responding to universal remote. Blue sensor light is on on the tv..Tv has no manual power on/off button or switch that I can locate....
