Question About Olevia Blu-ray Player BDP-110
my bluray wont work...

i just purchaced the movie horton hears a who & when i try to play it i get a msg asking for updates on the player what can i do

0 We just rented the movie (Horton...) and get the same message! I think it's the movie, not the player.

0 I have tried to get the update from Olevia but have gotten nothing but the run-around. First they said the update would be available on 1/26/09 and was given the website to download it. The webiste is non-exitant. I was then told to send an email to receive and immediate udpate. 2 days later, nothing yet. I'm getting a refund on this worthless product.
