5 Whenever we play a blu ray a notice comes up saying playback cannot occur because of I/O error and stays on screen through the entire movie and also periodically freezes

0 hey I just bought this blu ray from Target last week and any FOX movie does not play... I finally found the update info: http://olevia.supportsync.com/article.aspx?id=1014 Copy and paste in your address window. this is want you need. just folow the directions on how to burn the info on a disc and upload it on the play... it works like a charm... I'm happy for now. -Big Marc
