Question About Olevia Flat Panel Television None
Closed Caption Problem...

I'm unable to turn off the Closed Caption using the CC button on the remote or by going through the Menu. It has been confirmed that it is NOT a problem with the cable provider and Olevia has not been helpful to date. Remote has new batteries. Set source on TV to tuner and still could not change CC option to off. Any help is appreciated. Thx.

0 I found the solution on another site. Need to change Showroom mode to Home mode then CC button on remote works. Thx.
