My Olevia 237-T12 32" TV will just cut off. No w...

My Olevia 237-T12 32" TV will just cut off. No warning, just go black. I can unplug it and it will like reboot and come back on. This has happened about 10 times. What is going on? My TV was purchased in November, 2007 from hhgreg.
