Olevia 323-S13 will not power up. The red light in...

Olevia 323-S13 will not power up. The red light indicator is on, but the unit will not power up. I tried both front and back panel on/off switches, remote control and unplugging it. Called Olevia and was told Syntax who OEM'ed it, is out of business.
