olevia 542-b11 audio problem...

i have olevia synntax 542/ LCD. and i have a problem with the audio/setup. when i click audio from th menu/ then IDIVA/ the sound stay the same even i try to change the setting to :living room or soft by clicking the arrows. it seems like those arrows don't work when i get to those selections. thank u
