Someone broke off the Power ON Switch on my 40"" O...

Someone broke off the Power ON Switch on my 40"" Olevia HD TV. I cut a hole where the switch should be but don't want to turn anything until I know what to do. Where is the switch, behind the TV casing and how does one turn it on?
