TV PROBLEM...

I HAVE AN OLEVIA 42 IN AND THE POWER WENT OUT AND I CAN TURN THE TV BACK ON I HAVE FLIPPED THE SWITCH BY THE POWER CORD AND THE BLUE LIGHT JUST FLICKER A SECOND AND I HAVE LEFT IT UNPLUGGED AND TRIED IT AGAIN
