We have a 32" wall mounted Olevia tv, not sure of ...

We have a 32" wall mounted Olevia tv, not sure of the model number because it is wall mounted. My husband accidentally cleared all the channels from the tv! Now when we go to channel scan it says there are no channels in the list! We use an antenna, no cable or dish! Please help!
