need cd and manual...

i would like to download all info from my recorder to a cd but need the software first....only have recorder no cd or manual

0 thank you soo much!! this was very helpful...i have already ordered the software and for a very reasonable price and ive printed out the instruction manual...thank you for your help!! i can now use and enjoy my dvr.......
