need a user manual or instructions on how to get it to stop asking for password before playing dvd. somehow it got set to lock out anything not G rated and we don't have a clue what the password is. were hoping if we could find a user manual it would tell us the default password and that would work. tried 0000, 9999, 1234 etc... those didn't work
