Hello we are in Canada and have bought a Sylvania dvd SDVD6670. We are trying to play movies off our USB. Have formatted them in AVI and one will work 20 wont. No mp4 files work, no Mov files work. What do we need to do to play our movies we have on our computer?

5 Hi there! Did you try the following: 1. Use a different USB flash drive 2. Factory reset your Sylvania DVD player 3. Check the DVD box or manual to see which formats it supports 4. Use a different software to convert the files to AVI format; also, converting the files to MP4 and then converting them back to AVI using a different software might help. Please do follow-up.
