I have a Sylvania DVC-865F Provgressiv Scan DVD/VC...

I have a Sylvania DVC-865F Provgressiv Scan DVD/VCR Dual. Last night the DVD player wouldn't open. When turned to DVD mode, it would sit there for a minute and then turn back to VCR mode. It was working fine the day before. Any ideas?
