Question About Sylvania DVD VCR Combo DVC860D
No video when using the vcr...

We can hear the tape but have no video when using the vcr. We have video with the DVD but not the VCR. We have cleaned the VCR and have tried different connections. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong. Product is the Sylvania DVC 860D
