Question About Sylvania DVD VCR Combo SSD803
remote control...

I do not have the originalremote control that came with the machine. I have tried to use two different universal remotes with only partial success. I can turn the machine on and off, FF, Rew, Stop, but I cannot set the clock. I cannot set a program to record. I cannot get the DVD off parental control. Any succestions on what to do?
