My Sylvania Plasma Monitor 6842 PE M speakers not ...

My Sylvania Plasma Monitor 6842 PE M speakers not working, but the external sound jacks have sound. Speakers checked out ok, what could be the problem? Should the audio board be replaced or the main board?
