My tv won't turn off and allow me to change channe...

My tv won't turn off and allow me to change channels, volume, eject DVD, etc. It's blinking full blue screen, then, white screen, then black, red, green, over and over. I unplugged it and let it sit for a while and plugged it back in and it continues to flash different colored screen.
