when I hook up my computer to any of the HDMI Inpu...

when I hook up my computer to any of the HDMI Inputs I get an error message that say. "Resolution Mismatch! Change di Resolution" What doe that mean? I can get it to work on "S" Vio, but with only 600 X 800. How do I hook up my computer to the HDMI? I have ll the correct cables out from Computer to the TV. But, Nothing Happens.
