i have a sylvania rsm460 a102 projection television that has loss power to the HV power supply. it appears after the light indicator at point d119. Also there appears to be a capacitor at point c014 that looks to be a little swollen. There are no indications of power to the board after this point. Are there any ways to safely test the board after this point? I am unable to locate a service manual at this time and want to repair this power supply safely or order a replacement.
