My Sylvania TV will not turn off and is flashing s...

My Sylvania TV will not turn off and is flashing screen colors; red, green, blue, etc...How do I correct or is the TV done? I have tried unplugging it for awhile and the problem persist. This just happened yesterday with no warning or prior symptoms. I don't know if one of the kids touched it or not.
