Question About Sylvania TV VCR Combo 3819LC
I am setting my Sylvania TV/VCR Combo to work with...

I am setting my Sylvania TV/VCR Combo to work with Dish network VIP722 DVR as a second TV. It requires the TV to be on Channel 73. I do not seem to be able to go to a higher channel than 60. I need to go to Channel 73. How do I do that.
