Question About CRT Television 8p4834 c101
Help! My picture looks odd...

We just bought this tv from a friend, the picture is dark and makes whatever is on look old fashoned. It's almost like sepia but it has some color undertones. I cleaned the projectors and screens but it made no difference. Any advice?
