USER NSTRUCTIONS...

i AM LOOKING FOR A USER GUIDE TO RETUNE OR GET THIS TV WORKING AGAIN. IT WAS FINE A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO BUT IVE OBVIOUSLY PRESSED THE WRONG BUTTONS SOMEWHERE AND CANNOT GET ANYTHING ON THE SCREEN.
