Question About Sanyo DVD Recorder DRW-500
Smart/Navi...

When I put a disc in for recording, it goes to the page Smart/Navi after loading. It has the picture of a file and ROOT, down below it has Enter, up and down arrows. What does this mean and how do it enter or move up or down?
