I have a CineVision DVR2000. I was watching a DVD (movie), pushed the rewind button to go back a few seconds, and it "stuck" at the point I stopped the rewind. It would neither go forward nor back. Finally, I ejected the DVD, re-inserted it and got a "bad disk" message. I tried another disk, and got the same message, then I put in a DVD lens cleaner disk and got he same "bad disk" message. Can you help?
