Question About Toshiba DVD VCR Combo D-VR3SU
computer will not read dvd...

I have a Dell computer, windows XT sp3, Phillips DVD+-RW DVD8801. It will play commercial DVD movies, but will not recognize data on a SONY DVD-RW that I made from a VHS TAPE
