I have a symphonic combo (WF803) and the vcr works but not the dvd. Where can I go to find out why the DVD doesn't work? I live in Las Vegas, NV 89122, 702-458-7866 and my name is Tony Russo. Any suggestions would be appreciated. When I try the DVD, I get a loud noise and distorted picture, waving etc. Thank you, Tony Russo PS Is there any place in Las Vegas that sells new ones?
