Question About FUNAI DVD VCR Combo WV20V6

I have had my Funai SV200 WV20V6 for many years and is no longer recording. I have tried cleaning it, but it will not read my recorded discs, finalize them, nor record new programs. I have not changed discs type that had been compatible. Do you have a newer product that can finalize the DVDs made on this model? The serial number for my product is D33603259A. Also, can you tell me the nearest store to my area where I might get one? Maria

0 Not at all. I have my manual which cannot possibly tell me what the newer products are.
