0 HD connection from this sat.box are a little old. There is only a DVI output not a HDMI. They do provide a DVI toHDMI cable, however, this will not connect sound. As a result you need to connectthe sat.box via the DVI/HDMI cable direct to the TV for the picture and for the sound use a optical or coax cable from the sat.box tothe A/V receiver to get surround sound.
