PROBLEM WITH REMOTE VIEWING...

HELLO! WHENEVER I TRY TO VIEW MY DVR REMOTELY, IT SHOWS THST I AM CONNECTED TO THE UNIT, BUT I CANT GET ANY VIDEO! SYSTEM COMES UP BUT CAMERAS ARE BLACK! WHAT DO U THINK MAY CAUSE THIS?
