i have good wifi, I have a Dell Pp22x and I am run...

i have good wifi, I have a Dell Pp22x and I am running a cat 5 cable from the comcast/xfinity modem to the computer. Now i would like to run the computer with the tv as the monitor with a wireless keyboard and mouse...is this possible?
